Servers with a group limit of 2

The two terms describe the same rule. The server owner sets a group limit of 2, and the game refuses a team larger than that. A name that says duo is only a label; the published group limit is the fact this page filters on.

Each owner decides. The map resets at the monthly force wipe on every server, but the blueprint wipe is a separate choice and some owners schedule it elsewhere. Check the Tags column and the server's own page for the cadence before you build.

It varies by owner, and many list no rate at all. Where a rate is published in the server name it appears in Tags; where none is shown, the gather rate is unstated and should be treated as unknown rather than as vanilla.

Not on its own. Peak shows the highest count in the last seven days, but rank weights the whole week, so a server that holds players between wipe nights ranks above one that only fills on wipe day. Read both figures together before deciding.
